I am currently in a foster home and not at HSNBA, if you are interested in meeting me, please contact the nice folks at HSNBA so they can put you in contact with my foster family to set up a meet & greet. E-mail HSNBA at adoption@hsnba.org, call us at: (830) 629-5287 or stop by and speak with the folks at HSNBA at 3353 Morningside Dr. to get your information sent over to my foster home. My foster family is the best and can give you more information on me.
Some dogs are just… dogs. And then there’s Mollie! ✨ An icon, a snuggle professional, a treat-tasting critic, and a firm believer that your couch was made specifically for the two of you!
Mollie is the definition of a love bug! She loves soaking up all the love and attention she can get from her human friends and seems very interested in making some canine friends, too!
This sweet girl has heartworms, but HSNBA is committed to starting her treatment as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the shelter is not an ideal place for a dog to undergo heartworm treatment, as they need a calm, quiet environment to recover properly. The Humane Society will cover the cost of her treatment and support her future family every step of the way!
If you’re ready to help this leading lady trade a kennel for a couch, please reach out so we can get her started on treatment and one step closer to the happy ending she deserves!
- Katy, HSNBA Volunteer
I have tested heartworm positive. This means I have a parasite and need treatment. While my friends at HSNBA desperately want to help me, the shelter is too stressful an environment to undertake treatment and treatment itself is very expensive. The shelter has a few options to help with treatment, and if I steal your heart you should talk with them and your vet about what my treatment is like.
